you know, until things change, which will take months more, entering this industry at this time is hard. You get your foot in the door and not worry about the company. Even if you have this "dream" to become a super trucker, you may have to do something different, like work on the docks for a company that will get you into a cab.88 Alpha, Chi Town Steers and Deonte Thank this.

Yes many bad experiences, and I blame that on the company. It’s not a great place to work in my opinion. But there’s some good reasons to work there, especially as a new driver. Go there, and plan to leave, be professional.

It’s decent I just got denied for not having a job for 12 months in the last 3 years with maverick I tried explaining it was temporary work but they told me to apply within year
-
That sucks but I guess it’s to get better opportunitiesChi Town Steers Thanks this.
-
Will do I just don’t want companies to think I’m a job hopper
-
You can do up to 3 companies first 2 years. 4th one won’t hire you. Try to do at least 1 full year at least at one company. Trucking is ruthless.
-
Yea I want to get my foot in the door but just make a affordable paycheck while doing so
-
Ok thanks for the heads up I’m new to this but always wanted to drive an make a career out of itChi Town Steers Thanks this.

Honestly you would make more driving class B than at almost any company for your first year. It’s incredibly difficult to make more than 1000 a week your first 6 months. You could start a class B job over $25 an hr with over time too.snowmantrucking101 and Deonte Thank this.
