    This part...
'How does this affect my cdl. '

The OP seems not to know that his CDL IS his actual drivers license! The ONLY one he has.

How does getting your license suspended affect your Commercial Drivers License?
    DUH!!!

The OP seems to be assuming that getting his license suspended in one state does not impact on his CDL in another state.
As such, he is still driving under the assumption that the two are different somehow.

Let me see if I have this right, -----
You live in Ohio, and were licensed to drive in Ohio.
You obtained an Indiana CDL, after which, ........
While drivin' in Ohio, you got pulled over and received a citation,
at which time you presented your Ohio license to the officer.
    ???

    Is that 'bout right?
You were holding two valid Driver's Licenses?
    Hmmmmm -----

Whatever advice you receive here will be worth exactly
    what'cha paid for it.
You can print this thread, take it to court when you appear
to show the judge our collective thoughts, opinions, and
suggestions concerning said matter, and hope that will suffice.
However, in my hardly ever humble opinion, you can't afford
    our advice.
I'm thinkin' you should seriously consider seekin'
advice from someone who's passed the bar exams and is
practicin' law in The Buckeye State. Otherwise, you might
find yourself behind the bars and be on the inside
    lookin' out.

When you get a new drivers license in another state you either turn over your old license or they punch a hole through it to show that it is no longer valid.

So you go to school and learn how to safely well Pass the the driving test. To celebrate you go back to Ohio get in your 4 wheeler speed in and out of traffic. Enough so to draw attention of Buck eye's finest. Then after a year later of your licence which should of been turned in/cut up/ shredded. Oh well that one is suspended, and I got a shiny new CDL from Indiana. Wow perfect timing get one suspended and get a new one from another state, because everybody knows there are no cdl school's in Ohio. So Let me go across the Border to get a CDL from another state, because I feel the need for speed and I'm thinking my luck is about run out. 2 licenses is better then 1.

So let me go on a trucking forum, because those guys are about as smart as a bag of rocks and ask them. If I actually decide to use my CDL to drive. Should I tell the company about my Ohio suspension ;) Heck should I even pay for and take the class? Why pay and I have a shiny new licence that probably hasn't been used because I probably just got out of the slammer. These folks won't even know what hit them. I'm sure they will tell me to go to Western Express, or Carolina Cargo. I got it made in the shade.

I think you should pay those fines and court costs and attend the class to remove suspension.
A little late to hire an attorney when you are already convicted

I see you idiots on the road all the time in trucks and cars! Acting like your life is over, getting all huffy n puffy because someone is taking to long to pass. THEN you have the gall to come on here and ask if you're screwed. YES YOU ARE. Why weren't you thinking of your livelihood when you were out there driving like an idiot?

No decent company wants you driving their trucks. The risks are too great and your conviction of wreckless driving puts you in the same category as a drunk driver.

You really read alot into this post? He's not gonna make or break Americas daily driving habits. For every bad truck driver, theres 50 bad 4 wheelers on the same road.
Its a overloaded road with too many people, and everyone is a super steering wheel holder.

Take care of the court requirements in OH so that doesn't bite you down the road. In the meantime move to Indiana and cross your fingers!
