Recovery Logistics posted load practice question

Please help me understand.

I called on a load posted by this company on Truckstop. Goes from A to B for $3600.

Step deck load, description says:
“two ram trucks ask for missy”

so I called, Missy answered, I said what I was calling about, she disappeared without a warning. After few minutes she’s talking back (I honestly forgot I was on a call with her already tbh)

she goes: Ok, it’s a load of miscellaneous equipment going from A to B, pays $2300.

i said I was talking about a different load that is described as 2 Ram trucks and posted for $3600.

She gets annoyed/angry/upset/mad and hangs up on me.

Load is still there after an hour, still posted for $3600, description edited to “misc. ask for missy”.

What just happened?
