Were you pre-cooled to -20 before you got loaded? Icecream is at -20 when they load it, so your unit should be somewhere close to -20motocross25 and hope not dumb twucker Thank this.

Hope pray that a sensor or two is wrong. And that they didn’t put temp recorders in there. But they probably did.
motocross25 and Lennythedriver Thank this. -
Ice cream almost always get a temp sensor. If it slightly defrosts and refreezes, it’s no good. If he’s staying around zero, might be ok, but if it runs that way too long, it’ll get rejected.motocross25 and hope not dumb twucker Thank this.

Pre cooled on the way there showed up at -10hope not dumb twucker Thanks this.

Has this been occurring a lot?

Just on this load it started maybe an hour and a half after picking up

Every time I have it there’s a recorder in there.motocross25 and Lennythedriver Thank this.

Ok. As I mentioned icecream is loaded at -20. If you were pre-cooled to -10, you should be close to -20. Only reason you would be above 0 is if you just came out of defrost. Icecream is a VERY sensitive product to haul. If you are staying above 0, you are going to have an issue when your unit starts defrosthope not dumb twucker and motocross25 Thank this.
