Refused drug testing at swift

Maybe a comprehension problem if he smoked before going to Swift.

 

I was trying...but the truth is the truth. Best luck to ya, man. You may still have to take the SAP program before you come back to trucking; I'm not sure. Triple Six stated because it IS FMCSA rules; that may be the case. Wish I had the answers.

Get a little bit of 'clean time' under your belt and some solid work history, and I wish you the best.

This subject comes up around here at least once a month, if not more. It's sad to throw SO much away, for a bit of a buzz. Good friend of mine lost his career for drinking; and I don't even mean on "truck time" ... company policy violation. Off duty in hotel but company vehicle in posession.

Nothing in this industry is taken lightly, man. You've got to figure out if this LIFESTYLE is for you. It's a whole life, not just a profession. It really is.

I almost ALWAYS get a random after a major holiday *ie: 4th of July* and work for a VERY small fleet. Then again, I'm not an occasional smoker, so matters not; just the point in fact.

If some of the other above guys get salty with me, so be it....I'm used to it.

This is just A SETBACK if you really want this in the FUTURE.
