I am only in my late 20s, but rememeber the yellow Roadway cab over trucks that seemed to be driving all over around SE Michigan..It just kinda hit me today, I haven't seen one since I was young...What kind were these? Never remember seeing another one like it......Anybody here drive one? I seem to remember they were old Fords...But I am probably wrong..

I worked at Roadway in the late 90s and we had a few of these still laying around. -

Those were the old Ford C-Series

They were built until 1990. Good example of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"
I used to see them driving around Dallas until probably 3 or 4 years ago as city p&d trucks. -

Yeah thats it..I have seen those as straight trucks...Theirs were the only combination C series I ever saw...Maybe I was just to young to notice or care...Just interesting..Still think of those trucks everytime I see the Roadway name
