Well, anyway, good luck finding a decent company with a reckless driving violation within the past 12 months. 15 or more over the speed limit is reckless driving. Not all companies look at 15 over as reckless driving but most do. I look at job requirements every day.

That’s the difference maker then. I guarantee there would have been a far different outcome had you gotten popped twice while in the package van.

    Don't tell your company ######.

Pretty much. Wait to get dragged into the office.

If it's not firing, it's a sure fire way to make it hard to find another job.

That as I understand, is correct. And like said - DO NOT EXPOUND ON THAT.

    Great.

    Awesome.

    Valid question.

Look - you wanna get your speed fix on, I'm happy for you. Go right ahead. At a racetrack or some other private location that won't affect your career, that is, if you give a crap about it.

LOL about it all you want - there's guys on here asking questions about how speeding violations affect their CDL career, do you want to be the guy boasting annual numbers and experience while alluding to the ability to disguise and mask violations?

Do I speed ? Very rarely - I know the ramifications.

Answer the question like @kemosabi49 - and leave it at that.

Any other answer likely just encourages the overall demise of the professional driver.

Want to see how it really affects business? Get your own authority and see what a 15 over violation costs you in premiums.

    Rant done.

    Grumppy Thanks this.

Stand up in front of your community and say that - with your co-worker next to you and your company uniform on.

    Hear the applause.
