Numbers came up because I was told good luck finding a good paying job.....there is no masking violations, we always filled out a paper every year that you had to list and tickets/accidents for the previous year....the whole sky is falling you will never work again or if you do it will be a crap Craigslist job is just not true. Should anyone be out getting tickets... absolutely not. Do people #### up and get them.... absolutely. Everyone in here likes to high road anyone that gets a ticket like there life is over lol.

I've been checking a few websites and some companies have a 15 mph over they won't hire.
Some do and some don't. One had "no 15 over within last 3 years."

Look at the poster. One message, but joined in 2013.

You'll divulge that much information about your career and speeding tickets?

I ain't high roading nobody. I see folks fall by the wayside every week. Next week it might be me.

But speeding is a fools game with a CDL in pocket. It'll catch up eventually.

And the school zone story. Not sure what to do with that. I don't have kids, but the thought of getting a speeding ticket in a school zone - well . . .

Best I shut up and disconnect.

Your conviction was 69 in a 65. That's what you should report.

Why don't you play the high roller and trot down to the drivers license station, lay out the $7 or whatever, and get your very own copy of your driving record and what it says about your ticket. Thats what your company will see eventually.

Here's an idea op. If you are worried you wont be able to work on your area you could look for a job like mine. I just put a six month bid in on the yard jockey job and I know one of our guys that does it doesn't even have a CDL (the trucks never go on the road). I know a few companies usually keep a yard bid open to train on so they expect someone with no CDL (or no dl at all in some cases) to run it. It's pretty cool, I'm liking it so far (still in the honeymoon stage of it tho lol)

What’s your Companies policy? most say, report immediately, though I never have, that was a long time ago. Since they’re required to have an annual copy of your record from the State.Along with annual Tickets/ Accident report filled out by you. There no way around it. You want both to match. As mentioned go get a copy yourself, if not sure. My State has 2 options, personal and “Employers” version.
