Nowhere in there does it stipulate a pre employment drug test is the law unless I missed it.

It's in the regs:
- Pre-employment – An employer must receive a negative drug test result before permitting a CDL driver to operate a CMV. (§382.301).
- Post-accident – Drug and alcohol tests may be required after crashes according to the following chart (§382.303):

At what point did you demand the drug test? I mean were they like handing the truck keys to you to go pick up a load and you reminded them to do their drug test on you? Or did you interrupt their curriculum to demand a drug test at your convenience?

While sitting at a table signing the last of the paper work boss gave me the key I said aren't you going to give me a drug test lady said we will.A month passed I asked her when I handed in my trip info if I'm going to get a drug test she says I'll set it up and never did also I didn't demand I asked politely for the drug test.I quit because I felt they were doing more illegal activity besides not giving there drivers drug tests.
