Nah kao was more of a crook and a con artist, the guy who claims Brokers never paid detention, even when you're on the phone communicating with the brokers guy who thinks stop pay goes to the truck, he and I had a percentage agreement 26% of the load and he thought everything else went to the truck and I lasted 4 months I'm not afraid to quit on anybody especially when they try to consider us independent contractors as an independent contractor I'm my business and everything is a negotiation you don't want to pay no taxes no health insurance no Dental no medical yeah if that all falls on me there's always room for negotiation.
Totally different situation Ricky Bobby gave me a trailer with damage didn't think it was worth to fix but when the fix became a must he wanted to pass the book I have pictures I document everything. His reasoning was I must have drove under a low bridge we had one route I-80 out I-80 back to Utah every load and I use a truckers app totally impossible if it's one thing I'm capable of it's accountability I don't miss nothing around me. I have at one time when I first started driving for May Trucking (also the worst company in the world) I made mistakes on a weekly basis dang near messed off my CDL
Had to move to construction equipment water trucks, vac trucks, flatbed (company didn't care much about digging in your driving record) for 3 years to clean it up said it would never happen again

 

Last would be fine, I'd prefer to be invisible I just want to be paid all my money as long as I'm paying for health, Vision, Dental and Uncle Sam. Negotiations are going to have to start being in writing
