Thanks for the advice. I don't feel I did anything wrong but I will agree that I could have done better had I anticipated what he was going to do and slowed down before he even cut me off seeing as he had flashed hisnhigh beams at me. Next time when I see an aggressive driver like that I am going to anticipate them doing something stupid and will slown down before they even cut me off. I hope with that said safety will remove those points as they gave them to me not for doing something wrong, but for not anticipating what happened. I donk know, they just seem too harsh to me given the fact that I wasnt following too close but got cut off.

You can lower your R/A by logging onto the Swift Academy and taking a bunch of elective courses and passing the multi-guess tests. A sit down meeting with your DM will add some points too. Also have some of your friends and family call in and say (your truck #) was a safe and courteous driver today which will add to your score.

Make sure you give your friends accurate info on where you were and when you were there

Shouldn't matter. I got hit with R/A points for running someone off the road in Indiana while my Elogs proved I was in Washington state that day. Swift refused to remove the points against me.

    Well!
No offense meant Mr Scott, but I have to say, after reading this post, @Pedigreed Bulldog is correct. The best way to play this game is DONT PLAY.

And you’re right... they’re going to save the points until they slow down and have to trim the fat and can all the drivers with safety issues.

I agree, but the lady down in Phoenix said she fields tons of calls a day from the general public complaining about Swift drivers and she said she didn't have time to search out one complaint (the one against me) to prove or disprove it even though I had my safety guy batting for me back at my terminal, she still refused to do anything about the R/A points against me.
