You have posted much more than that..... do we have to quote everything? We understand the point you just posted, but there are valid reasons to move to the left even if you are going slow. Nobody is advocating that we drive 50mphi in the center lane of a 6 lane highway.
And, NO.... I never called you a sociopath. You are getting very defensive, and if you stepped back, and if you really do drive well, and considerate, and not like a supertrucker, you would see everyone else's posts for what they are.

Since this is the Road Rage thread, and I want to shift gears from the last subject.... Here goes
Received a QC message about fuel cap locks. Seems that one of our L/O's ran into an $8000 repair bill and was down for 3 weeks to repair his truck...... someone put a bunch of ashes, cigarette butts, and trash into his fuel tanks. Don't know what kind of ####### would do that, but it seems that Prime is being targeted by a disgruntled driver or three.
Fair warning to anyone trolling... I catch you messin with my rig and you will go away in handcuffs. Hope every trucker has this attitude

neither one of the two fuel filters caught it before it made it to an injector?

Yea, Life is simpler when you plow around the stump.......

Again, it is not illegal. And being inconsiderate is not illegal as well. Been driving long, I doubt it, 7 years on your bio, you sound like less than one......
-
not sure if it's illegal or not, but a person can be written a citation because of it. It is considered a safety infraction, kinda like not getting into the left hand lane in a construction zone when the sign says "Trucks Must Use Left Lane". Usually they don't enforce it, but if an accident occurs they use it as a reference and another way to nail ya to the wall.
-
That statement is UNREAL, how can I respond to conjecture and pure fantasy................................

How about not passing a truck unless your truck goes 75 mph. If drivers would respect one another and not pass while driving 64mph even though they know their truck only runs 65. I have my truck set at 75mph on the floor and 78mph on cruise. I never sit beside another truck and cause a hazard.

so i'm guessing while running I75 in Florida you ride the left hand lane, or I78/I80 across NJ you run the left hand lane when you feel like it, you believe the signs posted that state "No Trucks in Left Lane" aren't ment for you, but for everything else with more then 6 wheels? The signs are out there, and for the most part drivers follow them. Reason why, they get pull'd and written up if they don't.
How about Cali on I15 or maybe it's SR58 going through the desert with that long pull where you'll always see cars on the side of the road with their hoods up? Turbo putting out 40psi just spool'd to all heck. Signs up and down the road saying "Trucks must not pass", "Trucks Right Lane".. I bet you just run that center lane all the way to the top?
I've seen more then enough drivers get pull'd on that stretch of road, and i don't even run it often. Been across it twice, and it was more times then i'd care to have been on it.
And the reason why in some construction zones they post that trucks must be in the left lane and not the right is because they extended the road surface to the right, but they didn't reenforce it since it's only temporary. And because of that it's not built to hold the weight of trucks which is why a truck will normally lean really hard in the right lane. State Trooper said it's a safety issue, get the wrong driver in the lane and loose it now the hold road is jacked. -
This made me laugh, thinking of all the trucks that would be stuck behind me.
