    K&B has been getting soo much bad press from drivers the past 10 years that apparently this summer they are putting a picture of Dylan mulvaney on all their trailers, to try to get more drivers in the door.

    From studygermanonline.com (Im not saying this is right, just quoting THEM)...

    Showing results for german pronunciation of o with umlaut
    Search instead for german pronunciation of o with umlut

    Ö = O-Umlaut
    To pronounce “ö” as you should, you need to form your lips as in “o” first, and again imagine somebody pulling on your lips. We can compare it with when you say “her” in English. The sound between the letters “h” and “r” is the sound you need.

    My family is German, and I have been there as well. To get the "a" sound in "rail" would be an a with an umlaut.

    The issue is that the standalone sound doesn't actually exist in English. As-described, it would audibly be mistaken for an a.

    I lived in Germany from 2006-2010, and my ex-wife was born and raised there (no, I didn't import her, she came to the US in 92).

    I remember shooting the breeze with a KB driver during a long detention (at Target, where else) and he said he went there for the guaranteed weekly minimum, though at the time I was brand new and didn’t think to ask if he had to jump through hoops to meet the requirements.

    Here's an update, less than a week after rail arbitrarily terminated my employment they have begun with their collection efforts to get the $7,000 for gycdl.

    Moral of the story, if you sign a contract with this company for gycdl under no circumstance are you able to not pay the $7,000 amount. If I could do it all over again I would not have signed up with Roehl because of this contract and this contract alone.
