Wtf is the east coast load planner thinking lol. Got a load delivering at noon tomorrow in dayton nj and just got a preplan picking up in philly for melrose park, il. The pick up time is for noon tomorrow... wonder how he wants me to pull that off lol
Yeah just talked to planner its a drop and hook... had me confused cuz most drop and hooks have pick up windows from my experience
I'm in Philly now. They sent me the preplan at 10:00 AM local 280 miles to pick up at noon. But somehow I thought it was noon tomorrow. I arrived at customer in Philly 1830 but the load is not ready still. No harm no foul looks like. Finished my 28xx mile load last night with only a 3 minute violation. Finish this load off in Melrose Park IL should look like a 37xx mile week. Last week was 44xx miles and the week before that was 18xx. That's what I'm talkin' about.
Yeah they took that one off me and gave me a different pick up. Still a preload at noon but in souderton. Delivers in bessemer but idk how im gonna make otd on time when im not even able to pick it up on time and delivers friday at 5am.
That's a tough concept for me to wrap my head around. At most companies, even though the planner offered an impossible load, the driver who accepts that load now owns the problem.
