Dude! You did good by getting out of this driver's way. The situation could be much worse for both of you if not for you. Glad to see damages to both you and truck are relatively minor. Having recently been thru an accident in our truck that wasn't my fault, I have empathy for you and your situation, both current and future. Have you met Allye with accidents dept. yet? She's great! I will post the video of our accident when my Wife, (the smart one), shows me how. It's on my gps dash cam. We finally got our truck back from Dallas Freightliner,(Premier) and although it looks fine, it's never going to be the same. Little things that only someone who knows their truck would notice. Ehh he was already apologizing for it before I showed him the video. He just didn't think he really crossed the line until he saw it.

And the officer wrote us up for an incident instead of a full on accident report to keep it off our official record. Got to ride in the car too. Cool experience all around...

...well...except for the glass LOL There's glass in my BED. Hotel for the night while the truck is in Little Rock getting new glass and mirrors.
