Sounds like a moron who believe what the computer tells them instead of actually using any common sense

It ended up being worked out by the supervisor. It ended being broke down onto pallets that were being readied for their own trailers. I was out of there in 2hrs (including the hour wait for the door).

Had 3 cases of top sirloin rejected because of box damage. Product was fine.

Sent in pictures to OS&D (which she got while on the phone with her) via the app. JBS wanted pictures of the cases.

They come back with go ahead to next stop (Deerfield, FL) and we'll find a place down there to take the product. I'm logically thinking that it will be a place down here in Deerfield. NOPE!!! Back up to a place in Orlando (where I was this morning) to a place 2 miles from where I delivered to.

Oh well, that's an extra 200 miles they are paying me. And my next load picks up in Tampa anyway.

I had some chicken refused due to the box falling apart. OSD said my discretion as to what to do with it. I found a single mom cashier at Pilot who was very happy to take it home.

The pickup in Tampa at Sun Paints and Coatings was a breeze. Turned out to be a DnH and was in and out in 20 mintues. It is heavy at 41250lbs.

Also, whoever dropped trailer 7322 there; good job on dropping a trailer in good working order and with proper fuel levels.

On a side note, actually managed to grab 1 of 2 open free (all through technically not free) parking spaces at the TA in Tampa.

There's a number to call with a recording of more info. Possible to 10% increase along with other things.

    To: Owner & Lease Operators
Significant Pay Increase on the way!!
Based on market conditions, we believe that JCT will be able to institute a signif
icant pay increase in the very near future. We are currently meeting with all key customers to discuss compensation.

We will announce details by 11/01/17.

As owners, we have been waiting for better market conditions for several years. It is our belief that ELD compliant drivers who operate efficiently, deliver on
time, & do it safely deserve significantly higher pay.

As always, thank you for what you do.

    Stay tuned!!

Dial 877-291-4262 for more information about
    this announcement
