Running with JCT, Part Deux

The problem with hanging out at a Kenworth dealership for a week is too much eye candy. lol

 

That flattop is a sex machine

 

So, I stopped at the Loves in Van, Tx. The old one, not the new one. I wasn't feeling to well and needed the rest. I go inside to get a shower tonight (had to pay since I don't have credits at Loves). I couldn't believe I paid for this shower. I had to sweep the shower with my foot because of garbage in the shower. The rest of the floor had small debris all over the place and toilet paper in the toilet. This was the handicap shower and it was missing the handicap shower stool and the shower head on a hose.

Those last two things didn't affect me at all. If it wasn't for the fact I desperately needed a shower (for reasons); I would have waited for another shower. So, I dealt with it and on my way out I showed it to the attendant on duty. She was obviously ashamed of it and apologized. She informed me that thar shower hadn't been used all night because they normally don't use that shower.

She offered a refund of the shower and said she will let the manager know and get pictures of the mess. I informed her that I will be sending in the issues via the app so it will go directly to the Store Manager. She corrected me and said it goes directly to corporate. I said even better.

 

I am now signing off of Truckersreport! Apparently I can not respond to a thread, (not this one), without getting the most ridiculous responses! I realize of course that I am arrogant, but these responses are out of left field.

No lol, I'm said to be arrogant, but I'm not Steve. I was confused by his post as well, a username of arrogantsteve signing off as scott. Maybe he will come back one last time to explain.

7 days later they now what's wrong with my truck. Should have the part in tomorrow and I'll be rolling tomorrow night. 9 days out of commission for a seemingly easy nothing wrong regular scheduled maintenance..

It was a slightly warped injector washer. Came out of the factory like this. Causes the engine to blow white smoke out of the exhaust ever few months or so burning off extra built up fuel. But besides those times there's no signs of anything being wrong. No smoking or check engine stuff. Nothing but running great.
So for the first 100000 miles in this truck, every time it did this I went to Kenworth or JCT saying somethings wrong. It's blowing a ton of white smoke.
Response to this was always, it's not now. It's running fine and passing all the test. Have a nice day. lol

So I guess I'm happy it completely filled the Coopersburg KW shop up with white smoke last week...
But 9 days is about to make me insane...
