In other jbs news.. just got notice Friday that jbs isn't going to use us for regional out of PA anymore. So I'm back to coast to coast work. Either that or JCT is letting me go. lol
I know none of us like to use more macros and we have to but I think JCT needs to create a scale ticket macro since most of us use weigh my truck on our phones.... that way you don't have to go inside for the scale ticket but you can still pass the scale information to the next driver in case your load gets swapped. It just gets added into the load information...
Yeesh. I wonder if it may just be due to crappy service rates cuz no one wants to go out there but you apparently....lol
I mean you have a point...but even then I usually forget the ticket half the time anyways.... I'm more grabbing about that I'm picking up a load in the Tolleson drop yard that came all the way from auburndale Florida but has no scale ticket and I know they scaled it...I don't think anyone in their right mind would cross that many states without scaling a Coca-Cola load...
They would do that. I once picked up a load at the Ft Worth yard to go deliver it in San Antonio. Bills said it had just over 46k lbs of apples in it and no scale ticket. It was picked up in Washington. I was curious how much it weighed, so, I weighed it. I was sitting at a hair over 82,000lbs gross with half a tank of fuel.
Interesting thing, I mentioned a couple times over the years about why they don't have a field for reefer hours on the breakdown macro, and last time I used the macro there the field was-- for reefer hours! Complain to the right people lol it stuff happens.
I noticed that also when I sent the macro to busted air bags fixed on a trailer. They finally got tired of having to ask when/if the driver called breakdown and/or try to call the driver multiple times trying to get the info.
