I like the instrument cluster. Following every other manufacturer finally.

picked up my truck with 414k miles on it. Assuming a 30k oil change interval, the next one would have been due at 420kmiles. But no one said anything... now sitting at 442k miles just about 30kmiles since I got it mid June. If I don't hear anything from anyone, I guess I will just take care of it at the 450k mile mark that would be the next next due oil change.

At Swift they would send us messages that we were close to the mileage limit for oil changes, just wondering if they do the same here.

That and on your condition paper it should have listed when the last pm was done.

It's on the sheet you signed when you talked to Kevin upstairs. It tells you when the last one was done and how much JCT will take off of the next if you have the next one done there.
So far as JCT notifying you of services to be done? This is your truck and your responsibility. After all, this is your business. That and you also got a service interval sheet telling you at what mileage things are due. You got that from upstairs also

You can call the shop and find out when it was last done. I would make it a priority tho, cuz you may void the warranty and then you may find yourself in a world of hurt

    scottied67 and crxdc Thank this.

My dad passed away during my orientation, I kinda skpped some steps and got into the truck right away and left for the funeral. Didn't check anything or ask any questions just kinda rolled in a daze for a few weeks.
