    After years of working local my wife is kicking me back to OTR. I’m starting with ShipEX on the 18th. I’ve had my Class A for almost 20 years. We will see what reality is when I get there. I have already walked out of two orientations so far.

    Ashley where I'm at now was one of the best orientation I been through. They know you are an experienced truck driver and treated you with respect. We were just there to understand how their system works. No micro management they just let you do your job. So far I'm usually calling them when I think something is messed up.
