So I have had the following Galaxy Phones and just curious how others have done.

    Samsung Galaxy S3 ( Sprint )
    - Great All Around Phone
    - Could throw it and it would be just fine as long as it didnt land screen first. I did a lot of Chicago and the way I would get out my fustration is by beating it mercilessly on the steering wheel lol but again dont let something touch the screen or its toast.
    Samsung Galaxy S3 ( Verizon )
    - Same as Above
    Samsung Galaxy S4 ( Sprint )
    - POS
    - Sprint Forced TriBand which means no Internet while on a Call
    - Had it for 3 days and returned it
    Samsung Galaxy S5 ( Sprint )
    - POS II
    - Brand new month old thumped it on the steering wheel once and it just quit my S3's would take a beating and this thing took not even a single shot
    - 2 months of back and forth with Ausurion & Sprint plus four days late and paid for Weekend shipping the new one works worst than my old S4
    - Sprints TriBand crap still forces my data to close if a call fomes in which is highly irratating if I dont want to answer

I have Samsung Galaxy Rugby. After a week of using it I turned it off. Iphones are better but the best trucker phone is Samsung Rugby III. I dropped it in to pacific ocean while i was surf fishing . Took it out 2 hours later . nothing happened to the phone.

I am currently using a Verizon s3. I bought it used off of ebay. It's rooted, but stock OS so I don't have to fight the update b.s. from Verizon. It currently has a cracked glass from abuse (from employer frustration, not phone problems). I did have multiple Note 3's. 1st one lasted a week and had to be replaced because I dropped it (in an Otter Box Defender case) and it landed screen 1st. The LCD died shortly after. They 2nd Note 3 I cracked the glass while applying a bit too much pressure to make the touch screen react accurately to where I was touching (no re-calibration option). After replacing the glass, I lost it on the road somewhere. The 3rd Note 3 was fine stock, but once the Kitkat update hit, signal sucked and some apps ran ererratically. ..then out of the blue, without any additional OS updates my FoxFi tether app quit bypassing the hotspot subscription check and wouldn't turn on. Repeated attempts to resolve failed, including a full factory reset...so my wife is now using the Note and I am back to my S3.

She had a 16gig S4 that worked fine until an OS update, and she ran it out of memory. (The update wouldn't allow any pictures taken prior to the update to be moved to the sdcard, and we have 4 grand kids...so there were a lot of pictures that needed moved)

After the Note 3 got the Lollipop update, it is total junk. Slowwwwwwwwwed way down, 3500 mh battery drains in 1/2 a day with low-moderate use...screen is sluggish to react to touches. Even my wife, who is a loyal Samsung user, says it is the LAST Samsung phone she'll own.

A friend of mine has the M8...saId it was the best phone he ever owned.

Ok good I am not the only one having problems with my Samsung ... I actually laughed at the new S6, the thing is basically an iPhone with Android ... the reason most people go with an android is due to expandable memory, openness vs apple openness, and endless possibilities. So out comes the S6 and forces you to stick with internal memory and a glass back hmmm back to HTC I go lol

I have a note4 bluetooth is lousy. It wont connect looses connection, if I turn off my bose and get a call. I turn it on wait for the incoming call to go to voice mail. Open settings select bluetooth and usually after manually telling it to connect it will. Sometimes I have to turn off the bluetooth and back on & it will reconnect.
Also I listen to a lot of audio from the phone to the stereo, it will act the same as far as connections. One thing it does on audio is the voice control will fire up randomly, I get Iam sorry but that cant be completed at this time. Strange.

I wish I hadnt broken my Motorola photon.

The crazy thing is...Lollipop now supports external memory (as in sdcards)...it seems as though Google is going in the opposite direction of Samsung, even when Samsung does a 180 to follow trends that other manufacturers started (like removable battery and sdcard slots)...almost seems like Google is po'd and are screwing with Sammy because they were building a Tizen phone and were talking about getting away from Android. I am hoping the rumors about Blackberry going Android are true...I loved my Blackberry, it just didn't have the app support I needed.

I have the S5 on ATT. POS! Unfriendly, poor audio and does things by itself. It appears they have broken the roam agreements or deleted towers AND I can't text or email in 3G or less. It's a city phone for sure. Fixing to try a new simm with a factory reset and see if that helps any.

I operate in the West Texas area where Verizon is king. I can manage the service with a booster but it's still a pain for the dollar. I'm considering a burn phone from Verizon IF I can verify this phone has the same access as a contract phone ( anybody ? )

    I've had S3s an S4 and now a Note 3
All on VZW no real problems.

I had a S3 with Sprint for... Oh about a week or two. Was extremely slow. But that might have been due to the poor service.

I really like my s3. It has taken a beating. Only thing I've had to do was replace the battery.
