Some drivers are so impatient you almost enjoy holding them up at the fuel pump while you take a 15 minute dump then come out and fuel the truck .

he took the crap before pumping fuel and pulled away with nozzle still in tank ripping hose off the pump in the process. If I feel I need to crap I’ll find a parking space.

I agree... Most of the time... But there are those very rare times when you feel lucky just to get the truck to the curb closest to the door and into the John without spoiling a good pair of jeans...

Ive been there done that... Had the door open and was still rolling when I pulled the brake knobs and bailed out making a bee line to the can. I didnt even take the time to shut the truck off or lock the door...

When I came back to the truck 15 mins later an old hand came up to me laughing historically. He clapped me on the shoulder and said he hadnt seen someone bail out of a still moving truck in years. Then he asked if I made it to the can in time.

And here I was thinking that somebody hauling cows could just take a dump inside the truck and nobody would ever smell the difference.

Ever since I had my gallbladder out 20 years ago, I have much less time between “I think I have to go” and “Oops!”. That’s just the way it is. The good news is that if I DO make it to the toilet, you won’t have to wait long until I’m back in the truck moving it out of your way!

When I was still hauling cattle that was an option that came in handy a time or 2. But I havent pulled a bullrack in many years, these days I'm just a door slammer.

I don’t think that prime driver had his gallbladder removed as he was rather young.

But pulling up at a truck stop with 12 pumps, all 12 occupied with only 2-3 of the trucks actually fueling is the expected outcome whenever going to a truckstop.

Apparently everyone besides you and me have the convenient excuse of having their gall bladder removed.

I’ve had to do it a time or two and have noticed the occasional driver walking kinda funny headed in the door a time or two. Poop happens. Sometimes it happens sooner than you want it too. Especially if you hit one of those Mexican food trucks!
