Scales, open or closed?

    I use the “truckers path” app. Not 100% but I’ve had good luck with it. It works based off of other drivers input as they pass weigh stations.

    I run legal, so don't bother checking if a scale is open or not. That said, I use the Trucker Path app and try to update open/close status on scales when I pass them.

    I use these things I have had for my entire life... they're called eyes. If they see the OPEN sign, I go in...if they see CLOSED or nothing at all, I go right on by. They're 100% accurate.

    The App I use is pretty simple.. you either plan on going in or going around..scales.

    I remember those days. I’ve met drivers within the past couple years who don’t even know how to operate a cb. They had one in the truck because the company put it in but they never turned it on, didn’t know how and don’t know what to do once it was on let alone what channel to be on.
