The A26 is already throwing rods?? Wow! That engine hasn’t been on the market very long! I’ve always said if you have to get an International, get a Cummins with it-less headaches!

Doesn’t hurt me in the least.
And Scania was already mainstream stateside years ago,as I mentioned previously. They just focused mainly in the New England region because the climate here was similar to the conditions in their home market.
And incidentally, the last truck Caterpillar had in the U.S.,it never became a thing in the U.S.
It had a SHORTER LIFESPAN in the U.S. market than Scania ever did!;)

    New England isn’t “one state”!
I take it geography wasn’t your strong suit in school!o_O

In addition Scania also had considerable sales in New York,Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Product sales and support is still maintained, not only in the Northeast, but nationwide!

Actually New England is considered a region- it's more specific, focusing on Maine,Vermont,Massachusetts,New Hampshire,Connecticut and Rhode Island.
The Northeast as whole, includes that region and also includes Pennsylvania,New York and New Jersey.
    Never get the two confused.;)

I'd take one of these over a Cascadia or an aero Paccar product any day of the week.

There not a bad unit, although if your used to driving a bonneted truck may take some getting used to, the sleeper of course is above the cab. Not as roomy as the US versions of trucks that's for sure. But Scania do build a good truck.
