Schneider only slip seats on certain dedicated accounts only. NEVER slip seat with Schneider or any large company. Your going to be driving junk and if you don't smoke you won't like it. Your sleeping on a nasty mattress and no telling what else some people do in that truck. Get a good truck and treat as if you owned it.

Schneider is good on their home time, especially if you run a regional route. I've been with them since November and there has yet to be a weekend I have not been home either Saturday before noon or late Friday. Let me know if you have any questions about Schneider, I'll try my best to get your answers.

Just make sure you get her home before midnight, cuz that's when the truck turns back into a pumpkin! :biggrin_25523:

If I had an orange truck I'd take some black paint and make it look like a jack o lantern.

Have you ever seen all those barrel-shaped orange things in a construction zone? Those are Schneider eggs. When they hatch, look out!!! Rookie's everywhere!!:biggrin_2554:

I agree . . . Slip seating is not something I would like.

Out of all the big start up compnanies out there, Werner, Swift,Schneider, and so on, the best one in my opinion is Schneider.

One thing you have to remeber about these Compnaies, they don't give a crap about their Drivers all they care about is moving freight as cheap as possible you are a piece of meat behind the wheel, now they are using recruits as Team Drivers (bascially a helper) pay them crap and then get rid of them Werner being the biggest.

On the other hand if you want to get in this racket and thats what it a racket and you have no experience you have no other options. Picking one of these companies is a crap shoot depending on your location some of these companies are better in some regions then they are in others.

So roll the dice hold your nose and tounge do your 1 to 2 years and move on. use them the way they use you, thats all you can do. Economy is in the tank and they know it and they are going to use it there advantage.
