Moosc - in Nevada all OTR's drivers are exempt for jury duty. Nevada sent a jury notice to everyone in my house. My hubby who is on the road, his grandmother who was 99 at the time (she's 100 now) and me for Federal. I was chosen for Federal Court and when the time came they told me I didn't need to come in and I was considered served and then last month I received another notice for Jury Duty and I called them and told them I didn't mind serving but why are they choosing this house all of the time. They said it should be random and they were sorry, I was excused.
