    It isn't the volume. It's the clicking & popping...

    I had a defected one that would repeat over and over until I unplugged it.

    If it's more than just one click or pop you're going to need to get the black box replaced. Call into tech support, they'll open a work order then you can hit an express bay to get it swapped.

    Or just pull the power every night.

    It clicks or pops only once when it starts and then when it goes back to sleep. It has, once or twice, popped repeatedly for 2 or 3 minutes & then stopped. Anyone know why it just randomly wakes up? Several times a night sometimes. Danged annoying...

    I will call tech support to get a work order opened on it. Thanks.
