Well, that will pretty much seal the deal then. Got screwed out of 4th qtr 2013 bonus because I went on medical leave and was 1 day worked short of bonus (99.9% required days worked). Missed 1st and 2nd because I was in and out of leave those quarters, now definitely won't make 3rd quarter. Add that to the fact that we can't idle in winter and I'm not about to deal with constant low voltage cutoff in the middle of the night due to CPAP draining batteries, it's either IC or elsewhere it would seem.

 

Freaking a....turn into a customer and heard that familiar "pop" right in front of their gate. Now waiting for a new hose

 

My understanding is that mpg replaced oor for bonus. This morning's message says "While no longer annual or bonus criteria, we will still measure idle and oor as they are important metrics that drive your mpg performance"

Pulled my load to El Paso, since Coca Cola won't have it ready until manana. Sitting here at the hook in Waco, waiting...

How do they caculate bonus again?

I'm at 108.7% for bonus at three cents.
