Is there any company Tanker drivers on here based out of Edwardsville, IL ; S. Houston or Channelview,TX, I would like to ask some questions.
I always thought it was a camera too. Apparently its not. It faces the inside of the trailer not the outside. I think chicknwing told me it was just something that sends out a beam of some sort (or maybe something like sonar?) and can tell how far that beam gets sent out. If it reflects off the back door of the trailer it knows the trailer is empty. If it doesn't, it reports that the trailer is loaded.
Dunno, brother.......all I know is that when a lady cut me off and set off the critical whatever thingy, they knew what color the car was when I called in and nothing more was said about it

That's werid.... do you have lane assist in your truck? Apparently they can use that camera to see out your window. Osr told us it save Driver cause a dog ran out in front of him
