Carriers n shippers negatiot the fuelsurge. NOT THE GOV
How do I calculate diesel fuel surcharges?
The U.S. Energy Information Administration does not calculate, assess, or regulate diesel fuel surcharges.
EIA cannot tell you how to calculate a fuel surcharge. Fuel surcharges are negotiated privately by the shipper and the trucking company. Each company has its own method for calculating surcharges. Many major carriers have information on their website concerning their surcharge methodology. EIA cannot and does not endorse a particular method. You can perform an Internet search for "fuel surcharge trucking" for more information.EIA collects and disseminates weekly retail diesel fuel price data. Many shippers and truckers use that weekly retail price information in their fuel pricing formulas.

Well, the "Up to $72000" home weekly ads are up again. They got sick of me on their FB page and deleted a bunch of my comments, even ones where I was helping people lol. With SWIFT raising their pay, I wonder if SNI will do it.
Paid off my Xterra and only have $850 worth of debt left. Ill clear that out in 3 weeks. Then its time to decide where my future liestynodine Thanks this. -

LOVE IT WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER!!!!!!! my account doesnt have anything for me so they tried to pawn me off on walmart. Normally I'd run a 0200 to 0400 start time load. Garbage miles etc. Today they tell me 0800 earliest start time BUT they dont have anything short enough to get me back to shut down for ten in order to run my account tomorrow. Looking for local runs now. If not I get a truck not used kind of payment.
91B20H8, scythe08, EggoTrucker and 3 others Thank this. -
Did a newb thing today -_- drank a large Pepsi before bed. Suppose to be up in 4 hours. Well time to reboot qc and push my times out
scythe08 Thanks this. -
man, tough week.
monday, decent miles for the account but d/h(no unload pay)
tuesday, 250 paid miles + unload
wednesday, walmart store run went bust (not a bad thing really)
thursday/friday single run that spans the two days thats a d/h 604 paid miles
load ready 1100 today , delivers 0720cst friday. ran this once before and came to the conclusion that it can be turned instead of an overnight (although I lose the layover pay). Plan to pu today immediately shut down. start with a normal trip plan in the morning that gets me there on time. easy drive all but about 10 miles are big road.
if I have to shut down away from home it will be closer to home than getting staged to deliver like last time. Maybe GF can join me for hotel night!mickimause Thanks this. -
new Navigo update. Also supposed to be able to click on the DOT timer to get realtime MPG's for those on that metric.
Map screen looks more like a after market GPS system looks. has a new "MAP" feature which shows the overview of the route you would take, similar to Mapquest.
Different user home screen too. -
