The VIR rule as I understand it is only IF you find a problem a clean or no defects found report is no longer needed fo course sni may make it a policy which is bs if I'm asked.

Nobody really knows how or what rules Schneider will follow. Guess well have to wait for a message from Dan to see what they do.

That VIR thing was on my QC this morning and was gone by early afternoon...

Regulatory message came across at 1320. Effective immediately 34 hr restart rule in place since july 2013 suspended. Old way in effect until sept 2015 or fmcsa completes required study. Qcomm update will happen automatically. Manually Hand track your 70 for the next 8 days. Reject restart button will disappear when update is applied.
