Pretty good. There's a few downtime between loads, most I ever waited was 6 hours for a load. Right now I been around the Midwest and east coast. They deadhead me a lot. I mean like 400 miles to 1100 miles deadhead. Surprise they didn't give me a flatbed load to cover the deadhead but it's ok, I get paid either way. Usually I get a preassignment before I'm done with a load but if not I have to wait awhile. Pay wise, a little better than Schnieder. The unloading/loading part takes awhile, about 3-6 hours depending what I'm getting. I have my days, since I'm still learning the ropes it's taking a while to speed up.
