I came across that mess this morning I got stuck in it sat there for almost an hour look like one truck came across the median a red day cab call and mail I didn't see the other truck they must have pulled that one out of the area before I got up to the scene itself

 

That may have been a different one. This was this afternoon. Sat there 2 hours while they put out the fire. Was on the bridge. Think it was a secondary accident . I saw the one you are talking about. It was about 2 miles west of the one I was stuck in.

 

How is it that the load out of a shipper cancels and it's always the highest rate one that was available to IC's.

3 cancellations since Thursday.

 

Well I really needed to be home because my wife's fish was having babies so...

Well here's how my day is going so far.

I had somewhat of a hard brake when some prick in an RV just had to beat me to the exit ramp. Not enough to trigger a critical but enough to create a complete mess for me. The front wall is bowed out a little and the trailer is leaning way heavily. The 3 mph left turn I made after that so I could check things out proved to be too fast. Cargo claims sent me limping up the road a few miles to a tow yard to see if they can adjust. Im waiting for someone to show up now. Labor day weekend... maybe I should've posted this in Location For The Night.

 

What is that aluminum ingot? Usually I see them on a flatbed
