Just a heads up on the Sygma ad. Yes, the pay is pretty decent, but you will earn every dime. Think rolling 400# of stuff on a dolly down wet ramps type of work.

Usually make a lot more money pulling reefers vs. dry van.
Marvin Keller is dry van, so if you inquire, as lots of questions about pay weekly & annually.
NTB photo shows dry van, but they're mostly reefers there. Haul a lot for Meijer stores.
Freymiller has average length of haul of somewhere over 1000 miles.
Magnum has always been known for good paychecks.
As @zodiacflyer posted, Sygma is great pay, but the work is really lots of manual labor unloading the reefer trailer. Some guys love it when they're young and married; good paychecks and keeps the body toned.
@Jenn72 drives for FFE and can fill you in on pay. I understand teams can make over $80K for each driver. Don't know about solo drivers.

That not the way to handle that, IMO. I would have refused to drive it and hopefully they would either fix it or put me in another truck. Or maybe they would fire me then I would have a lot of options including getting a lawyer and filing with OSHA and also calling the FMCSA safety hotline and filing a complaint there too. Just quitting a company that size? That isn't even a bump in the road for them.

Didn't say I would have quit was stating that he said he quit, I know a lawyer the family uses he would have loved this if this was true. not saying its not just sometimes hard to know my issue they are a very safe company they preach it so bad which is why people don't like them which begs the question how and why that happened was the person telling him to drive new they didn't know they were telling someone do something dangerous and stupid or is this something else going on.

From past dealings with them, I can't speak for all dbl mine was a former marine who didn't care for bs about as much as I did. Being efficient was golden for him sec you tell him bad weather your in charge of his words. The only reason I left was I was dealing with a family issue
