    Well put, all around, Friday.
This particular bit tho - know how many times my clock had died less than 50 miles from home? Too #### many! And i steadfastly blame Connecticut every time - to hell with you 84, 91 and / or 95! (Sorry @Puppage)

Dbl? Way back when I drove for them ('95 to '96) the Schneider dispatchers were called STLs.

Well if my memory serves me , I do not recall in ORIENTATION being told I WOULD ABSOLUTELY GET HOME ON MY "REQUESTED DAY" but rather within a. Day or at the worst two from the scheduled REQUESTED day.

If it comes down to needing home for an appt or the like , you REQUEST a day or two in advance of the actual day.

I do want to ask though, how long has he been a driver , and for how long wth Schneider?

    Voodoo Pyg Thanks this.

No local job will pay as much. We are financially very desperate.

-------OKAY. #1: There's no "be an adult" to it. If they can't keep their word (what they told us when he signed up) they shouldn't be making such claims.
#2. "realize that your husband got into trucking as a career" ... FIRST OF ALL, as I said before and you seemed to have so clearly missed, Schneider lied when we signed up. They have not kept their word. They have not fulfilled their claim. That's the only reason I'm complaining. And SECOND OF ALL, this doesn't just happen when there's a random snowstorm. THIS HAPPENS EVERY FREAKING OFF DAY.
#3: Don't talk to me like we haven't looked into local jobs. What do you think I am braindead? How judgmental of you. THE POINT IS THAT THERE ARE NO LOCAL JOBS THAT WILL PAY ENOUGH. God I can't believe I'm wasting my time talking to you.
THE ONE WHO'S BEING RUDE IS YOU. It's clear that you didn't fully read my post. Don't bother responding to me, I don't come to these forums to be criticized by hateful trolls, I come to share helpful information and receive friendly advice. GOODBYE.
