I don’t know about autonomous trucks but when I was there for training they could barely get their eld tablets to work. The food at the cafeteria was good tho.

Part of the reason I was avg $400 was I was not the testing for them elds. Tanker side is a lot slower than the van side so I was pretty much on paper logs 3 days out of the week. Then after the 2 months of not getting the elf to work they gave me a new truck.. but then the problems were them implementing that auto nat.. it would set my times out an extra day and 1. Wouldn’t let you update them during the initial assignment. 2 when you later put in a more accurate time would change it back to the wrong time anyway

What a headache that sounds like.

Most people aren't lucky enough to land a union ltl line haul gig straight off the bat. It'd be interesting to see the percentage of new grads getting those type gigsbryan21384 and Rocknroller4 Thank this.

I had zero issues with the tablets but my former career was in IT and I'm computer nerdy so ymmv. Nobodies technology works as intended all of the time ime.

I wouldn't join Union ltl.

Don't listen to what people say is their take home pay.
Most are exaggerating or forget to mention that they have $400 being taken out for child support, back taxes, or other issues.
Ask your questions on Schneider in the Schneider sub-for like kemosabi49 suggested.nredfor88, bryan21384 and Rocknroller4 Thank this. -
However much one makes in trucking is contingent on that one.
