I remember back in the day if your in middle lane not moving over your c.b would light up.. thats how we learned.. now??? Nobody has a c.b.. Nobody has street smarts anymore.

You will get a ticket from holding up traffic in the middle lane. Company cannot take the ticket & points for you & probably won't even pay the fine. Company is happy to burn up your CDL to lower their insurance/repair bills. Having a ticket will make it harder to get hired elsewhere. it isn't just California; I think the laws are the same in all 50.
