I was trying to back up in one of truck stop spots, long story short scratched a trailer (because GOAT) at the bottom, metal peeling about 5 inches, damage is only cosmetic. The driver took a picture of my license and plates, said is going to go after my company’s insurance to repair the scratch. I already have an accident (not at fault), but had to pay the company for damages of the truck). How badly will it affect me? Will it increase company’s insurance premium? I work for my friend’s friend. I’m really afraid he’s going to fire me.
Scratched a trailer
