Severe vibration in sleeper

My wife & I team in a 2021 T680. What would be causing the sleeper to bounce, shake, and vibrate like a jackhammer while driving on even smooth roads?

 

Leveling valve on sleeper air bags malfunctioning?

 

yup, dead air bags will do that

 

Also check your sleeper Shocks while your there.
