I would imagine the real issue is the probation. That places restrictions on you. Are you free to leave the state at will? You could run local delivery except you're in Nevada. There's Las Vegas and a whole lot of nothing in Nevada. Maybe work for the state running a snowplow or a highway construction company, a mine. I don't know not really familar with the area.

I think Sherwin-Williams has a distribution center in Reno or somewhere along I-80. They're not true OTR though, but do run routes through a few nearby states.

If CR England doesn't take you I don't know any company that will. Maybe you should find some other job until you get some time for those moving violations.

Your tickets are too fresh. Last time I was on probation I had to have a written note from my mommy, I mean probation officer , lol to even leave the county.

Savage is hiring in Elko. And Fedex Freight has an apprentice slot open there.

    Actions, consequences, aww.

Keep trying, you'll find something. Once you do don't forget the problems you're going though right now.

Every time you apply for a job you're competing with others. Your past record needs to better than theirs if you want to be the one chosen. The better the job the tougher the competition.

With trucking, that means a clean driving record and don't hit stuff. Sounds obvious but a lot of new drivers get stupid tickets and hit stuff for no good reason.

He is on un-supervised probation so pretty sure he has no restrictions, heck I bet he doesn't even know who is probation officer is and if he stays out of the back of a cruiser will never even meet him. Domestic battery should be a simple misdemeanor so doubtful that this has anything to do with not getting hired. In my opinion the tickets would be the primary factor and then the misdemeanor takes away chance of somebody not judging the book by its cover.

If noone will hire you may have to retake the course later on down the road.Second chance companies like Carolina cargo the pay is extremely low so keep that in mind. But your record might be too much even for them.
