Simplex Leasing: Drivers Not Paid!!!

Hello. I am posting this review for anyone that is considering signing on with Simplex. My husband was supposed to be paid as of 12:00 a.m. today. Not only has he not been paid, but neither has any of the other drivers that he has reached out to.

The new operations manager (Russ), and his staff are dishonest, disorganized, and incredibly unprofessional. They dispatch for appointments that they have not made, send drivers to the wrong locations, and do not issue basic information for loads. Any questions about what the load pays are ignored. They never provide information about what the driver is picking up. Also, they do not answer their phones, or return calls. It does not matter what dispatcher you get, they are all under Russ, and therefore liars.

Even if you are looking for oversize experience, stay away. This company is sad and a disgrace to the industry.

 

Yes, this is the same company. It had improved at one point, but it's back to being very shady.
