Sleep Apnea CPAP

well i don't need a CPAP, and i can tell you, i toss and turn all night long, or all day long and i'd be cranky as all heck, if i had to stay in one spot....especially when that one spots gets overly warm, and i want a cooler spot...lol

 

I have a CPAP and am not obese or overweight. While weight may have some bearing on it, the latest studies have shown weight should not be used as a deciding factor, and they are finding it has more to do with the size of your throat opening. Anyone who thinks because they are thin can't have it is kidding themselves. While I have not noticed any difference in my sleep with or without it, I am using it, wife says I don't snore anymore, happy wife, happy life.
