Sleep studies/cpap machine

If you get a 90 day card, you might not get another if you have not showed compliance in fixing the root problem. It is likely BMI chart sent you to CPAP etc without even asking you how you sleep.

I am aware these rules apply to locals. I was a local some 3 years ago. I assumed he was OTR as sleep apnea is common among OTR and not local drivers. The reason being, of course, that locals are well known for breaking down pallets and using hand dollies, which helps them stay in much better shape than OTR drivers. Sure, there are locals who only hit docks, use an electric pallet jack, and don’t separate much.

 

Somebody said all the OP needs is a good local job and he doesn't have to worry about dot rules, apnea, and global warming. The OP already has a good local job.

 

I take it you’re fooling around. I was the one who made the comment, and no where did I say that. The fact is that sleep apnea is common among OTR drivers for obvious reasons. Locals have a different lifestyle that usually has a positive effect on their health. I made the comment assuming the OP was an OTR driver. He said he wasn’t. So the comment doesn’t apply.

 

you wont every get a 2 year card ever again on a cpap machine. 1 and under is whats in your future. if you test off of the cpap and no longer need it. then you can go back to a 2 year. cpap=1 year or less.

 

just get on with walmart. they pay for you dr's test, machine and supplies. even if you have a machine. you get new one and all the supplies

You're right about exersize helping but I think it has more to do with the #### food choices a lot of otr guys tend to eat.
