My heater seems to only want to work at Temps over 40. When it is cold I end up spending an hour turning it on/off till the fuel pump finally moves enough to get it going.

On another note seems ill be helping out a bit more at Cheyenne. Got an even bigger run now.

1105 mi run. This might not even be the longest out of this DC. They sure beat Mankato in run length it seems. A bit sad for my fellow dedicated brothers. Dedicated drivers are the ones who are suppose to get the better longer runs over the helpers, but then you have instances like this. Was in the break room and one guy who is dedicated was complaining about doing a 90 mile run for the whole day and then getting another small run for tomorrow.

Of course I didn't feel bad enough to trade my load

I'll have to try that on/off trick. See of that's my issue here. Not gonna be real cold tonight in Arkansas so maybe it'll work, maybe not lol

Also doing my time at Cheyenne, 5 days in. Loads have been 378, 387, 414, 560, 216 with every one going or passing through Denver. I see the billboard on I25 with “$105,000 reasons” and think I must be doing something wrong.

Does that slow down your flying any, Frank? Gotta wear a scarf, or anything?

I've been doing pretty good helping the Walmart dedicated out of Cheyenne.

Parking is super easy, you just stay at your last drop. And I've been eating better too.

Lonesome, O.Henry and dwells40 Thank this.

I got a message saying I am 78% compliant on my fuel solutions, which I think is wrong.

They are telling me they are going to slow my truck down if I don't get that number up.

I never turned my truck in to get the speed boost, so I'm not sure how that's going to work.

    dwells40 Thanks this.

Another thing I like about Cardinal. I can get fuel at any of the big 5 that I want to.

    dwells40, Speed_Drums and TravR1 Thank this.

Yah, my first 4 loaded al been under 400 each but the last one was 1000 and this one is 1100.

Only did around 1800mi first week and second looking like it will be just barely 2200mi. A lot less than when I would be running otr. For instance this 1100 mile run was ready on the 7th and delivers on the 8th but they don't expect me back till the 10th for another load. Huge gaps between loads. Each load I've done has had me sit almost a day in between loads.

Lonesome, dwells40 and Onadetour Thank this.
