Companies are pretty much all the same anymore, so trucking is trucking.

We're all going to run into the same problems at every company, because they're all making the same mistakes.

 

I was picking up a preloaded trailer in granite city as this happened. Someone is definitely watching over me

I specifically remember hearing Aschoff tell us drivers when they were in Columbus they are deliberately over booking loads because according to him some Might cancel so in other words he stated that they want to make sure they have enough freight for everybody… Kind of like what the airlines do over book a flight on purpose for the life of me I just cannot fathom why anybody does that but oh well.. that could be one reason why drivers are getting preplans to pick up before their PTA just simply because they got so many #### loads they’re just assigning them and just having The drivers pick them up whenever you get rolling

 

I get loads that I can’t make OTD,and after I decline them they tell me to get it moving and they either T-Call it or reschedule.

 

That’s all you can do.. The way I look at it is this if I tell them that I can’t make it and they just tell me to run it give them an ETA then I’ll just go pick it up and tell them when I think I’ll be there I’ll let them worry about everything else…
