That driver must of ran some extreme miles cause I just saw he got over 6k in quarterly bonus. Which I think was just .04 all year.

If my math is correct, then he would of had to run 37,500 miles every quarter last year.

i guess it’s possible, my first quarter i hit the ground running stayed out all the first month + it was summer bringing me to 42k miles for that first q I was here. (Even got my truck at the start of the quarter)

I ended up with just barely over half of that this quarter, but I took 3 weeks off to take care of Mrs. Snackbar after her surgery, but even if I had been on the road for those 3 weeks, with my weekly average I would have come up short of bonus-land this quarter.

I can see running those miles for one quarter but how do you sustain that for four? maybe in a line haul type position where you run Dallas to El Paso back to back for a year with zero traffic.Every trailer you hooked to was brand new with no issues. Tractor was brand new when you started and you didn't have the DM that Snackbar has. Shower maybe every three days if you are lucky and the instant your ten is up turn and burn. Hope he still can walk upright after turning those miles in one of your fleet trucks.

That’s impressive, almost makes it worth all of the micromanagement…almost.
