Snackbar is chillin'....at Shaffer

Here we go again. Dropped my load out of IL in Murfreesboro, no empties. They have me picking up over across the interstate at the Interstate warehouse. Asked if I could bobtail over...and I get a "let me ask". That was 40 min ago. I was gonna post an April fools post about F-It, I'm done with this place....but if they don't get back to me soon...it won't be an April fools joke...

 

And I am supposed to me in Kalamazoo-zoo-zoo tomorrow at 18:00 for a live unload....I wonder if I can make to north FL on 5/8 of a tank of fuel bobtail. ...if my truck would make it...the little yellow engine shaped night light is on again.

 

90 minutes and they still haven't answered me. Thank god it's not a medical emergency, I'd be dead and stinkin before they got their poop together

 

After 90 min, I asked to bobtail in again and said that if I can't, remove me from the load because after the week I had, especially last weekend, I am in no mood to go on an empty trailer hunt...they replied with directions to General Mills/Yoplait...which has 2 loaded trailers and no empties. I may end up just bobtailing home and they can have one less driver to have to worry about needing an empty trailer. This place is without a doubt the sorriest excuse for a trucking company. I hope Swift/Knight is buying them...they'll fit right in with that nightmare of a company.
