That’s actually a really good idea. You’d have drivers who want to get off the road dispatching with understanding and empathy for the folks they are scheduling. A little kid/dog noise in the background would be irrelevant.

Hopefully this one is better than the others you’ve had (auto)… but knowing today’s day of manufacturing it’s a tossup seems like companies more interested in quantity than they are quality anymore

 

Great point. I’m convinced when an O/O orders a truck, they bring out one set of blueprints to follow, when a mega calls up the sales rep and orders 100-200 of the same truck, a completely different set of blue prints are used.
