They had me routed across I-40 out of Amarillo to I-25... I just stayed on US287 all the way from Ennis, TX all the way to Limon, CO.

Hey managers for Swift, CR, Western Express and all the other seat warming 'training' companies out there. If your drivers could learn to do this...people wouldn't make fun of your company so much

I've been out here almost 3 decades, and I'm a decent blindside backer, but that guy is impressive.

I have had to do a couple with my new company, and I was surprised how much easier they are getting. I guess this 16 years of driving has made a difference.

    Lonesome and 650cat425 Thank this.

Those four wheelers were probably annoyed having to wait for him not realizing what just took place in front of them. Good maneuvering driver.

    650cat425 Thanks this.

Well, the temp control gods have smiled on me, and I am thankful. I got my 'nanner load unloaded in decent time this morning. When I got my new load info for the 3 stopper, it already had a trailer number attached. Sometimes that just means that there is one assigned, but not loaded. Other times it means it is already loaded. I hurried up and got my required washout done and beat feet up to Greeley...and low and behold, the load was completed at 1 am this morning. A quick drop/hook and now I am in Colby, KS...no vampire shift required. Plus, I discovered that there is a way to bypass the 'adaptive cruise' error that kicks the cruise off (and the 65 mph governor). I have been having an error pop up today about the radar unit having debris blocking it, but nothing is there. So, that kicks off my cruise. But, there is a couple of the smart-wheel buttons you press and hold and a message pops up asking if I want to use regular cruise...well duh...I mean hell yes. I just can't figure out which ones I am pressing at the same time since I just start getting po'd and start hitting buttons...but at least Freighliner figured some of this techno-junk was gonna fail and built in a bypass.
