    Cheyenne terminal admin. Confirmed it as the tractor that began the fire, someone was overusing the tractor brakes too much not the Jake's and that ignited the fire! So it wasn't a defective reefer unit but a bad decision by a driver not setting up correctly with jakes and limited speed cruise control...
